Veneered Boards

Fanerami can offer a wide variety of venereed boards in either standard sizes or cut to size. The advantage of choosing Fanerami as your supplier is that you have extensive possiblity to choose the patterns, structure and quality of your veneered boards in detail.

We can provide you with all types of boards, such as MDF/HDF, chipboards, Plywood, fire resistant boards. Fanerami have a very flexible production and we can easily produce small series and large series without additional charges.


 

Sizes

Fanerami produces both in standard panel sizes and cut to size panels.

Standard Size: 2500 x 1240 mm (Chipboard))
2440 x 1220 mm (mdf)
3050 x 1220 mm (mdf)
Cut to size: Fanerami provides all different sizes within or pressing capacity.

In smaller volumes we can also press larger formats.

Fanerami uses boards from a number of different suppliers all over the world and can offer you a large selection.

Wood Species

Fanerami offers plenty of options when it comes to wood. We keep over 50 different types of wood in stock and can easily accommodate all that the market has to offer. Veneer is kept in all lengths, structures, thicknesses and qualities.

Wood species: Ex. Beech, Birch, Oak, Cherry, Ash, Walnut, Burls, Alder, Ceder and so forth.
Thickness: 0,5 – 0,55 mm (standard)
1,5 mm (standard)
Plus other thickness on demand

Quality

Veneer quality can be very difficult to describe in words. There are no general rules of grading for veneer quality, and it is often up to the person viewing at the veneer to decide what is high and low quality.

Nonetheless, we at Fanerami differ between 4 qualities, which we have tried to describe as follows:

AA A very high quality, no defects, even color, even structure. Suitable for products with extreme quality demands.
A A normal good quality, even color, nice structure, some certain natural defects can be allowed. Suitable for most visable areas on furniture and panels.
B Suitable for veneer which is not visible on first sight, insides of cabinets and such. Can be color deviations, defects and such.
C All types of defects is allowed, best suited as backsides for not visible veneer.
